Privacy Policy

Effective: January 1, 2025

Feels Edu (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") protects users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable Korean laws. The Company has established and publicly discloses this Privacy Policy to handle related grievances promptly and effectively.

Article 1 (Personal Information Collected)

The Company collects the following categories of personal information:

  • Service improvement: Access frequency analysis, statistical analysis, service environment improvement

Article 3 (Retention Period)

The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, the following periods apply:

  • Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
  • Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years
  • Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
  • Records of advertisements: 6 months
  • Website visit records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

Article 4 (Third-Party Disclosure)

The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • When the user has given prior consent
  • When required by law, or when requested by an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigation purposes

The Company delegates the processing of personal information as follows for service provision:

Article 6 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)

  1. Destruction procedures: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or separate filing cabinet for paper documents) after the purpose has been achieved, and is destroyed immediately after being stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws.
  2. Destruction methods: Personal information in electronic file format is destroyed using technical methods that make the records unrecoverable. Personal information printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.

Article 7 (User Rights and How to Exercise Them)

  1. Users may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time.
  2. These rights may be exercised via email at moonkyungfil@naver.com, and the Company shall take action without delay.
  3. If a user requests correction or deletion of errors in their personal information, the Company shall not use or provide such personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

Article 8 (Security Measures)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  • Encryption of personal information (passwords and other sensitive data)
  • Technical countermeasures against hacking (SSL encrypted communication, etc.)
  • Restriction of access to personal information
  • Minimization and training of staff handling personal information

Article 9 (Cookies)

  1. The Company uses "cookies" that store and retrieve usage information to provide personalized services to users.
  2. Users may refuse the installation of cookies through their web browser settings. However, doing so may cause difficulties in using the Service.
